Magnus worked his way up inside the company for 20 years starting as a programming manager and climbing the ranks to production manager, Vice President, and ultimately President in 2015. In a quote featured on his website, Manus said, "Being with a company that grown to what we are today has been like watching a child grow." In this role, Magnus is responsible for guiding his team’s daily activities, managing client partnerships and implementing the company’s business strategies. He also keeps his eye on Web trends and Social Media site updates to ensure the Web campaigns of Consultwebs’ clients remain effective and up-to-date.

David founded the company MaxCDN, a content delivery network business, back in 2009. Within about five years, he grew this company to the 5th largest CDN company in the world and soon exited for eight figures. In today's interview, we discuss David's entrepreneurial journey, how he scaled MaxCDN, and what he's doing now.

In 2018, David founded a new company, TaskDrive, which helps sales and marketing people with advanced lead research. This company takes the leg work out for business owners by examining their desired customer profiles and finding more people that fit it. David has also founded the companies Managing Happiness, LTVplus, and Shortlist.
