Ep #4 - In this second installment, we examine the OSI method and focus on the first step, optimization. Last week we launched this Growth Secrets mini-series with an episode on The Power of Momentum, and how you can find hidden scaling opportunities in your business.


This week, I share my OSI formula, and focus in on the first part, the Optimization. When thinking about optimization in your business, there are a couple key questions that you can ask yourself. "How can I get the most out of what I'm already doing in my business? How can I get the most value out of every one of my leads? These questions are asked to business owners in order to determine where the gaps are between what's possible and what's regularly occurring in the business.


With optimization, we can plug these gaps and start to generate increased profits in places we may not have otherwise looked. In this episode, we will dive deep into the topic of optimization and tying it back into the OSI Method. Enjoy.
